bleh
so easter started off great. we had fun, we went to a 10 o'clock mass, and got there a little late, b/c yahoo maps sucks the hardcore suck. the service was nice though, i'm not even Catholic and i still enjoyed it. then we came back to campus and i made Kate and Jessie do an egg hunt in Kate's room, i got some plastic eggs and filled them with Nerds and Sour Patch Kids, then we went into the common room and dyed eggs with Jessie, Melissa, Vivi, and Travis. we made goodie bags for everyone, and we had fun, then we went to Denny's for breakfast/lunch/dinner... then we got back and just chilled out for a while, and then i had to call my parents. my convo with my dad was ok, but, as usual talking to my mom was a chore. why is it that i, a 19 year old college student can't think for myself. i got to talk for 30 minutes about my schedule for next year. eventually just telling her, "yes, i talked to my advisor and he told me to do what i'm doing." i love my mom, i really do, but she irritates me so much sometimes... it's like i'm still a child and don't know what i'm doing, and everything i do just doesn't make the cut. oh well, kate and i averted near disaster, we thought daylight savings time was tonight, but she has a test tomorrow, so we freaked out, reset all the clocks in the room, and our watches, luckily kate looked online and found out that it is actually next weekend, so we had to reset all the clocks all over again. well, i'm off to take a shower and go to bed. kate, i love you more than anything, everyone else, hugs.
