It's so nice when you can give your loved one a new and wonderful experience, one that brings back so many great memories for you, and have them trust you to put their tastebuds in your hands...
Oh, and I think I have the sauce NAILED. I just kind of diddled with it, and it tastes just like the sauce I remember from the barbecue joints down south...that sweet, tart, spicy deliciousness...
But yeah--he ate two, and ate slaw on both.
