I can tell you, with no hesitation, no qualification and no uncertainty whatsoever that nothing, nothing in my life has been better than having him here, and that these last five years have been the happiest of all my years ( Read more... )

Yay for happy couples. You guys are the best. :)

(btw...jenn mentioned something about Paul wanting me to do some reiki on him...let me know when...I'm all for it. I'd love to help.)

I have to tell you, considering what we're hearing about available therapies in traditional medicine (like, "nothing really works"), I have to say that we're more than interested in trying it, so long as you're free, so long as you're OK with it, and so long as I can feed you...;-)

Absolutely. Will heal for food... :)

(and I make no guarantees that he'll be suddenly cured, ya know, but I've heard some great success stories about Reiki, and my friends haven't had any complaints yet as far as my working on them..ask naunna about me working on her knees at Faire. :)

I know that I'd be happy just to keep it contained. It's the freakin' poison ivy of the cancer world, and even if we can just keep it away from brain, lungs and liver, I'd be a happy little girl.

Because it originated in an extremity, the likelihood of it doing that on its own is pretty good, actually--it's much more dangerous if it originates above the waist, especially on the face or neck. But I'll be happy for any help you can give it to work with his own body to achieve that end.

Believe me--I'm grateful that you're offering, and it makes me feel a lot better to know that we can give it a shot.
