-kidnaps people regularly, about every two weeks -kidnaps people from all times & realities -grants non-powered indivduals with powers (this will have to stop) -cannot be tampered with -cannot kidnap ghosts? -transforms most non-humans human upon arrival -sends people back home at random -revives the dead
