Hugging/kissing/flirting with this character: If you don't mind your character being hexed, sure. There might be exceptions eventually.
Fighting with this character: Go for it!
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Totally fine as long was we plan it out first.
Killing this character: Right now, that's a No.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: It will not work well. Tom is a good enough Occlumens to put up a fight and hide anything important. And your character risks being Legilimens-ed right back and becoming Tom's next target whenever he's feeling particularly murderous. He does not take kindly to anyone invading his mind. That said, go for it!
Hacking this character's stuff: lol what is technology. Everything he does is hackable for now.
Warnings: Yes, he's still sixteen and he's good at projecting an air of relative innocence, but this is still Voldemort. He has murdered four people by this point, and he's made serious efforts toward a fifth and sixth. Angering him will get him after your character.
Also, he's Voldemort. He is all about mind games and manipulation. And he does know some of the more unpleasant Dark Arts curses along with the Unforgivables. Tom is unlikely to go for the more creative, and thus gory, curses, but they're still on the table. Please, if we ever plot out anything along these lines, let me know what you're comfortable with.
