I'm not up to messing with transferring the photos from my camera to the computer right now, but I will report that the donuts came out wonderfully. Oh man, I love it.

http://veganyumyum.com/2007/02/mini-donut-test-kitchen/ I think I will reduce the amount of nutmeg for the next batch. The nutmeg tastes good, it's just a bit strong. The texture of the donut is really great. I topped mine with a chocolate sauce that I already had in the fridge, left over from making raspberry ice cream with ribbons of chocolate in it. I didn't cover the donuts completely with chocolate, I just covered the tops and let the chocolate drip down the sides.
So, yes, there are pictures. I will share them very soon. I'm delighted, and I will probably make these again, and again, and again.
