Jackson is turning one year old at the end of this month. Impossible.
We had today off in observance of Chavez day. With my Monday and Tuesday vacation, I only worked two days this week. And hellish days they were. The anxiety had my stomach in knots on Wednesday, and then I had a spontaneous nosebleed at work on Thursday because of the sudden hot dry weather. That was freaking wonderful. This morning I didn't get up until about noon. I woke up and I had Macneil on one side and Cayley in the crook of my right arm...that's the good stuff right there.
I'm just dying to do some sewing. My step mom sent a large printed (hieroglyphics) cotton tablecloth that she brought for me back from Egypt and I'm planning to line some tote bags and some pouches with it. I really haven't sewn in a while, but I have been using my extra time to study math, and it's not as though I have a lot of "extra time" to begin with. Not to mention, the sewing room was out of commission for at least three weeks while the wall was being repaired. And I've been baking you-know-whats. Today's were chocolate with orange-vanilla butter cream frosting, and sugar sprinkles.
