Serious this time

OK. Now i have good insurance, with dental. What I don't have are a doctor, a dentist, or a clue as to how to find/pick/decide on a good one.

Advice welcome. References for practitioners in the waltham/belmont/arlington/medford belt appreciated. You can email me instead of commenting if privacy is an issue.
