Oh I still feel fat. I want to be 85-90, but just getting away with being 100 is a challenge, because my mom and therapist want me in a hospital Good thing I only see them every few months. I know I'd still feel fat at 85 too,because I've been lower than that. Being in an hospital for an ED is awful,I don't want to be there again.
good luck to you too! Question for you...have you been struggling with anorexia (or embracing as it seems so many of us do embrace a part of it)? I worry that some people are in these communities to become anorexic and if that's the case I feel bad about sharing tips/weight/etc.with them.
Yea I know what you mean...ana isn't something people can learn. I consider myself ed-nos tho because I have some habits of ana, habits of mia, and habits of coe at certain times...so it really sucks. Mia and coe really suck and I'm stuggling with that but ana seems to make it better. I hope that made some sense...
that totally makes sense... For me Mia came in after Ana and then there was purging Ana, which helped me lose even more weight. That landed me in the hospital too I might say. Now I restrict, and I'm obsessed with wanting to resrict everything,but I can't because I have a life I'd like to live. I still purge now...and eat decently, but I watch EVERYTHING. Ana does make things feel better,there's something so pure and clean about it, make sense? I love the empy feeling Ana gives you...Mia is the opposite;everything is disorganized,and out of control
