I finally made it to the gym...

H: 5'9

CBMI: 25.2 (gross...)
HW: 171
GW: 130

I was at 210 cals on my last post. UPdate:

GYM: 5 miles @ 171 lbs. (-648 cals)
LUNCH: 3 egg whites @ 16 cals each (48 cals)
1 can of tuna (200 cals)

TOTAL CONSUMED: 458 cals

TOTAL FOR TODAY: -190

I've been drinking lots of black tea and water too. Hopefully this will work.
