Tutorial #6: Orlando Bloom & Sidi

I'm on a roll today, here's my 6th tutorial featuring Orlando Bloom and his cute dog Sidi.
Made with Adobe Photoshop 7.0, but can be done in other programs as well.

I used this pic

Step 1:
Crop and resize your picture to 100x100 pixels. Sharpen once.



Step 2:
Duplicate your base and set it to Screen 50%



Step 3:
Duplicate your base, bring it to the top and set it to Soft Light 50%



Step 4:
New layer (CTRL+SHIFT+N, click okay), floodfill with #FF8CAE and set it to Soft Light 50%



Step 5:
Add this gradient (by me) and set it to Color Burn 100%





Step 6:
Add this gradient (by me) and set it to Color Burn 50%





Step 7: 
New layer (CTRL+SHIFT+N, click okay), floodfill it with #001A5A and set it to Exclusion 75%



Step 8:
Add text, brushes, etc. I added a heart brush in #EE4C85



And your done!
