My first lesson.
I'm back after my very first day as a teacher and I'm happy to report that it all went quite well. My students are very nice, and I think they liked me. I wasn't nearly as nervous as I thought I would be, and had no big problems. I ended up covering the entire first lesson, as it was a review, though I hadn't planned on getting that far.
During the break I talked to my fellow first-timers and we all had the same problem. I'm very happy with my new friends, we talked quite a lot. Everyone is very excited, and there was a great atmosphere. I've already memorized the names of all my students, and talked to them about various things.
I'm very glad it all worked out, and now I'm looking forward to next week.
And thank god tomorrow is Sunday, because I'm dead tired.
