I came back late Monday night from a few day trip visiting family at the shore.  Juliet has had a nasty skin infection since last week, so Nick's been home with her in the mornings, and I've been coming home at lunchtime to take care of her in the afternoons.  You know a skin problem is bad when even the dermatologist's eyes go wide when he sees it.

Overall, it's been a rather rough week.  I'm tired and need a nap.
