Oh, wow. I love the concept - that Sarah took Savannah, and raised her the same way she raised John, to the point that after Judgment day, Savannah actually stepped into the role of John Connor as leader of the resistance. It was executed brilliantly - I adored the Savannah point of view, how her self-image became conflated with Sarah, how she reacted when she realized the new kid was John Connor, just everything was pitch-perfect. ♥

I can't believe Sarah would give up easily, and I can imagine that she might start to see connections/possibilities with Savannah (and why it was that the metal took on the role of Catherine Weaver - was there something beyond just the research/company connections?).
