Hey, more nostalgia! At this rate, I may have to dig out my copy of Real Genius and re-watch it.

And I totally think this is how it happened, too. I especially like your Chris, because it's just so pitch perfect.

I may also have to make a mental note to one day use the line: "I think that we should fuck. I really, really think we should. And I'm a genius, you know that? People pay me to have great ideas like this." Because that's just awesome.

:D I think I'm developing a Real Genius problem. I already have another thought for fic (although I'm not sciencey enough to make it caper fic). I think RG is conspiring to make me not finish the SGA fic.

So, so awesome that the Chris characterisation works. It's hard to get into that vibe, you know? And yay! that you liked that line. I think it's just begging to be used in other RL contexts!! Thanks again!

Hahah! Well, as I was saying to ozsaur, if there hasn't been a Real Genius/SGA crossover yet, I don't understand why not. Because clearly there was some kind of Rodney/Mitch rivalry when Rodney was younger. Rivalry and then grudging working together to deal with someone else, I think

Eeeee! I'm so glad you're happy :) Oh, Real Genius - its like the happyhappy movie. Also, I think someone should write a Real Genius/SGA crossover. Because I think it's obvious that once, when he was a kid, Rodney met up with Mitch and they had some kind of rivalry going - and years later, Mitch gets transfered to the Stargate program, and gets sent to Atlantis.

He refuses to go without Chris.

Mitch and Chris wreak havoc on Atlantis. And they don't give a damn about military prudery (well Mitch kind of does, but Chris tells him to get over it).

If someone hasn't already written this crossover, my question is: why?
