Project Birthday: Day 29

 BWAHAHAHA I did it! Somehow I did it :D I was basically plateaued the past few days (losing 0.2lbs a day, psssh pathetic) but today I had 300 cals for breakfast/lunch, exercised (on the dance mat :p, it keeps track of the cals you've burnt!) for 260 cals, then had a snack before I went out of carrots and houmous for 70 cals putting me up to 370 cals for the day eaten, or 110 if you minus what I exercised. Then I went out for the evening, I was so so worried that I would gain from all the empty alcohol cals but tbh if you've seen me on the dancefloor I think you could agree that I at the very least broke even. Also because I hadn't eaten too much during the day I couldn't drink too much :]

So yeah, got home, was expecting bad news and BAM 139.2lbs appear on my scales and I'm wearing my pjs! They weigh about 0.4lbs so that put me at 148.8lbs, I had broken 139 finally! But because I'm drunk I had to eat SOMETHING r I'ld feel too sick to be able to sleep, I made a slice of taost but threw it away and had 7 cals worth of steamed cabbage *yay me!* That's put me up to 139.0lbs but I'm hoping to be back down to 138.8lbs in the morning :)

Also I'm starting a fruit and veggie fast (since I'm IN LOVE with veg atm it should be fun). I have a birthday meal I need to attend on Friday which I'm going to try and enjoy but other than that I can eat what I like, and I SHALL eat what I like. I also feel like the exercise today really helped so I'm gonna try and make it a daily thing. I don't have the drive to go jogging in the mornings just yet but the dance mat tells you exactly where you are cals wise which is encouraging (and we both know I get so easily discouraged) so yeah, I might have to make it a rule to do the dancemat on days I don't go running. Or rather on the days I don't go running or have sex with the bf cos I think that most defiantly burns some cals :p

I'm also thinking of starting the ABC diet, as it stands I have to force myself some days to have more than 200 cals so I think the 800 days might be hard but it's something I can do for sure, it'll be exciting! And not too hard to plan either, I'll just weigh out all my food the day before and box/bag it in the fridge so each day will be stress free, simple :]

Also worked out using walkjogrun that going to town and back is 140 cals and I do that twice somedays! Goodtimes :]
