Project Birthday: Day 53

 So dinner yesterday and sunday roast today with my mother right royally fucked things up for me. And no I don't regret letting myself enjoy the time I spent with her but it now means theres pretty much no way I'm going to be in the 120s for saturday, let alone 126/124lbs *sigh*

Anyway. I started a fast, not the restricting I was doing before, an actual fast, I'm 4.5 hours an already. I was 136.8lbs when I got home, I took lax on the train so we'll see in the morning how much it's gotten rid of. Its not finished working yet and I'm already down 0.8lbs so hopefully I'll be down to 135lbs in the morning (hopefully).

Day one of a fast always goes well weightloss wise (unless it's one of those fasts where I lose nothing at all, *grrrr* I fucking hate those). On the fast I just finished by hour 54 I had lost 3.8lbs so in theory I could be around 131lbs by Wednesday... its a long shot though. Then I have Wednesday night drinking, thurday night birthday dinner with the bf then I'm in the clear till Saturday. so I'm thinking thursday night will have to be purgtastic so I maintain then I have friday to try and drop that last pound to reach 129.8lbs (this is assuming I make amazing progress the next two days though, it's highly likely I'm getting too far ahead of myself.

I checked my measurements and apparently I'm pretty much the same size I was at my lw. Now even though I know numbers don't lie I just find this very hard to believe. Unless all those times when I thought I was fat when I was at my LW turned out to be right (I thinking to think this is very much the case). Either way, at my LW I wanted to lose at least another 10/15lbs and I do now so at least that's consistent.
