Project Birthday: Day 49

 Progress Report: Meh, it's ok

Project Birthday Fast Number 3: Hour 54.74
CW: 135.4lbs
Weightloss so far: 3.8lbs

So technically it's not a fast anymore but it's going well enough that I'm going to keep referring it to one. A more accurate name would be 'Period of extreme restricting to try and lose 9.4-11.4lbs in the next 10 days as my birthday is in a week but the party's not for another 10 days' however this seems a little long winded and difficult to use so 'fast' it is.

Lets do some number crunching shall we? To lose the weight I want for my actual birthday I'll need to lose 1.34-1.6lbs a day! Now, technically this can be achieved if I become alot more stringent with my extreme restricting/fasting, however even if I took in nothing at all I think it would be hard to maintain that kind of momentum for a whole week. If I plan to lose the weight I want for my birthday party then I'll need to lose 0.94-1.14lbs a day, a little more realistic but still aiming pretty fucking high. This means I really really can't afford to slip up the next few days but I know people will want to feed me on my birthday... I'm still planning to go on how I look as opposed to just my weight, if I've gotten noticeably slimmer then I'm happy to accept that. After all I only turn 21 once, I plan to enjoy my day as much as possible, any food I eat and don't want can be gotten rid of via lax or purging so I'm just going to try and not worry about the numbers on the day and just go with it :]
