So I have a problem and need some help... I can not do the calorie watching thing every single day, i do more of the watching how much food goes in thing and not how many calories it is. I seem to do really bad on the days that I try and count calories. I seem to think about food more than if I just watch the sweets and fatty foods. Does anyone know of any way to help me out? let me know please!
