...I finished running on the treadmil (did 2 miles) I should have pushed myself but I am too much of a fat cow (and I'm starting to get shin splints) so I made up for it in sit ups (600) i usually do 400... I ate pizza and I was asstounded that I was able to go the whole day and then go to my dads house and wolf it all down (1 slice) and that was it so, while I was excersizing I wore 3 sweaters instead of the usual 2. I hate sweating but it is in the sake of my figure. well I don't really have anything to do, I think that this coming weekend I will only eat 200-250 calories if needed (like my dad making me) but if I can slink away without it I wont eat any thing at all, only ginger ale water and sugar free gum... Any body wanna do this with me??? if so just say so...
