This is my new diet plan shared by a friend:  I am kinda doing the same thing anyways under 300 cals. per day at dinner and 95% veggies. Wish me luck. Losing 10 lbs. in 15 days. Did it before. It's possible :)

I kept 80lbs for 5 years eating only those on the list... and tons of it I guess. but NO fruits. they aren't safe foods for me. :)
I eat only dinner, (but I don’t think i want to recommend it because u know, once a day is a bad, thing) anyways, so I eat really a lot of veggies until I can feel satisfied, (because after recovery my stomach is so expanded I can't easily feel full.) but this makes me not to gain, not to lose. So you may want to eat just you what you need. Oh & I eat steamed veggies most because I don’t like raw veggies except lettuce... I didn't count calories, I was not a vegetarian, but just didn’t eat meats at all.

I exercise 20minuts cardio 3 times a day, so easy just 20min!! Good luck with your goal! You are so close to it girl!! Its gonna be soon to come☆ artichokes
