(no subject)
I just watched Moon and am now terribly depressed. Not that it was bad--I enjoyed it, even though I was horribly spoiled (they lied! They said it wasn't a big spoiler but it was the entire point of the movie wtf)--it was just not cheerful. The only thing I really didn't like was that at the sad parts they played Sad Music, which seemed overly heavy because the rest of the film--plot, scenery, normal music--was so spare. I had been wanting to see it for awhile, and I'm glad I got to.
Will probably go watch ep 2 of Legend of the Seeker (started it last night but fell asleep) which mostly I like except for the names (Darken. Seriously?) and the concept that one guy could be The Evilest Thing Ever. But Kahlen is pretty and I like her dresses. And pretty scenery, so I'm sticking with it for a bit longer.
