My brother is going to art school (yeah i know, he just trying to be cool like me.) He is interested in photography, specifically photo-journaling; not necesarily for news.
He is 27 and meteiculous; can anyone say spot-tone-crazy?

Anybody have any suggestions for art schools anywhere in the world that have decent photo programs?
