i can't seem to get to sleep. boo.
i had such an amazing weekend - well week. katy "davo" davidson was so fucking cool. mountain rock blew my mind when i heard it earlier this year. i was expecting to be blown away by her live set BUT SERIOUSLY DUDES!!!!! WTF!!!!!! how rad/amazing/crazy/beautiful were her sets??? omg. i think the gig on Friday night was one of my all time favourite gigs EVER! 99 were amazing and just when you think the high jump bar can't get higher davo of dear nora runs up and fucking clears it! ahaha how lame was that analogy? extra human dude!
i have been listening to mountain rock with headphones on. oh man. then i put on the bookclub split. dumb idea. i am sad that katy had to go home! if you are in Melbourne or Sydney you MUST check her out. she is playing in Melbourne on Wednesday night @ Gertrudes....check out www.dearnoramusic.com

oh yes i do - meredith mchugh's cover of read it is also crazy amazing. i listen to it and feel really fucking sad. she adds this whole layer of emotion to it.
oh and lindy morrison is the coolest.
