Three hours and forty minutes

I haven't made it in years. But, remember that in my last post I said that I got some whole wheat bread flour. So, today, I took out half the regular bread flour and added the whole wheat flour for my honey bread. When I made it last time, it was nice. And I did something else different. I put some of the last of my buckwheat honey in the bread. So, I'll get the flavors, hopefully, of clover, buckwheat, whole wheat, and oat. I add clover, because I mixed the buckwheat with regular to have two honeys. And I oiled the measuring cup so that I could get every last drop of buckwheat from the glass. I'm considering asking my mother if I can have one of her measuring glasses. If not, I'll have to break down and find another glass one. I wish I could find the shot glass one I used to have that was for a tablespoon and lower. That would help with the little measurements that I have to do for the oil and sometimes extra water or milk. But, I say this now. I will never use another plastic measuring cup. The last one I used broke and was not as accurate for measurement.
I tossed the salsa bread. I just couldn't bring myself to eat another slice. There was over half a loaf left. I also need to ask Benjamin, after I get back from Sam's Club for more bread flour and some instant coffee, if he still wants the honey I bought him for his birthday/Christmas present. He left it there when he had to repack. I want to think he just forgot. Plus, I want to watch him make me some lamb and he said he thought it would be good on that. If not, then I have a bread recipe, see above, that I could use it in. If so, then it gives me an excuse for me to bug my mother to go to the apiary where they have the honey so I can get another bottle. I love my lavender honey. Hell, I love lavender.
I did order the roses I was planning on getting. They won't arrive until the middle of May. Wah. I really wanted to get them started in the containers before the snow ended, but I understand because they are being shipped cross country. But, it's still a disappointment. I'm also getting my herbs. I ordered three lavender plants! Plus, I have a chive and a garlic chive plant coming. They can be in the same container, in my mind. Lastly, is my Mojito mint. It just sounded yummy to me. So, I ordered it. I guess this now means I can make a proper mojito. Though my brain is screaming put it in a container with sugar and have mojito infused sugar. Since I'm going to be doing that with my lavender. I have quite a few things that I like to have lavender in, so it requires me to have three plants already this year. They'll all be on my balcony. if I can find a bistro set to put out there too, it'll be nice. I saw a table that can be drawn on and thought of the girls there. Have them sit there and me have a cup of coffee while we get to watch the traffic go by. They could entertain themselves there too and still be outside. I'm also being bad and considering getting a couple planters and growing some veggies in there too. Broccoli, romaine, green beans, or something else maybe. No tomatoes. Blech. Maybe strawberries. Still not sure. But, that's all that I can think of.
