This following quotes are taken from the non fiction historical book titled Tragedy and Hope. It was published in 1966 by Professor Carroll Quigley. I know this name is not known to vast amounts of people, but usually the larger players in history remain silent in the mainstream history books. Carroll Quigley in his time taught at the Foreign Service School of Georgetown University, Princeton and Harvard. Most notably he is known in our time and by our contemperaries as our former President Bill Clinton's College Professor. This quote is taken from the back Jacket of the book...below a picture of old bubba Clinton:

There does exist, and has existed for a generation ( in 1966 mind you), and international Anglophile network which operates, to some extent, inthe way the radical Right believes the Communists act. In fact, this network, which we may identify as teh ROUND TABLE GROUPS, has NO AVERSION to cooperating with the Communists, or any other groups, and FREQUENTLY does so. I KNOW of the operations of this network because I have STUDIED it for twenty years and was permitted for two years, inthe early 1960's, to examine its papers and SECRET records. I have NO AVERSION to it or to most of its aims and have, for much of my life, been close to it and to many of its instruments. I have objected, both in the past and recently , to a few of its policies (notably to its beleive that England was an Atlantic rather than a European Power and must be allied , or even FEDERATED, with the United States and mut reamin isolated from Europe), but in general my cheif difference of opinion is that IT WISHES TO REMAIN UNKNOWN, and i beleive its role in history is SIGNIFICANT ENOUGH TO BE KNOWN.

MArris in 1908-1911. This was done on behalf of Lord Milner, the DOMINANT TRUSEE OF THE RHODES TRUST in two decades 1905-1925. The ORIGINAL PURPOSE OF THESE GROUPS was to seek to federate teh English -speaking world along lines ladi down by Cecil Rhodes (1853-1902)
