Yuki/Machi
He took her hand and smiled.
The landscape was beautiful - pristine and crystal white, the snow covering the world like a blanket. The air was crisp and cold, biting at them through their warm layers.
She looked away from him, their joined hands burning like fire in the frozen air.
Everything shone - the snow had stopped falling, and the weak sunlight made the huge, white expanse glow. The world was a blank, snowy canvas. It was perfect. Everything was perfect.
Machi shivered. Disconcerting.
They stepped off the sidewalk and made footprints in the snow.
Machi smiled. Not so perfect anymore.

100 words. Oh, this couple is so adorable. Hee. Shigure/Akito is HANDS DOWN my favorite, but I really enjoy this one, too. Hee. *grin* I needed a break from all the "ICOE" work I've been doing. Heh. I'm going to finish chapter 17 tonight... Oh, just you wait. Heh. I'm determined. I might write a few more drabbles, too.
