Yugioh  piece of "Sevenfold, Blue: Lust"
Seto/Anzu

Seto had never been to a girl's house before.  Granted, they weren't dating so it wasn't like he was there to meet her parents or anything, and really the fact that ANzu was a girl mattered only in the fact that her room was likely to be better decorated.  Nothing else.

Anzu opened the door, and he followed her inside.

"My dad's still at work," she said, hanging up her jacket and slipping off her shoes.  "And my mom will probably be leaving soon, too."  She offered him an apologetic smile as she led them into what seemed to be a sort of living room.  "I know that you're already unhappy about spending any amount of time at all with me, so I hope you don't mind that no one else will be here to buffer the evils of Anzu.  This was the only day we both had free."

After an intense analyzation of his feelings, he found that he didn't mind at all.  So he gave her the verbal equivalent of a shrug - which seemed to be enough for Anzu.

"Hey mom," she yelled suddenly, startling him, "I'm home!  And I brought my partner for that project I told you about, too.  We're going to work on it for a little while, okay?"

"All right, Anzu - just a second and I'll be out of here."  A moment later, a petite, pleasant-looking woman stepped through a doorway on the right wall.  She smiled at Seto and smoothed down her modestly cut brown dress.  "Hello young man," she said.  "I'm Anzu's mother.  It's very nice to meet you."
