Newest Fic Idea: (6/9)
Ok. Now I know what everyone's thinking. Why in the world is she boring us with MORE fic thingys that she ain't never gonna get around to? Oho, my little ficcy friends! How wrong you are... This idea-- THIS idea-- has taken root. It is growing in my fertile head as we speak. (Erm... Even though we aren't speaking.) Well! The point is, of course, that I love this idea. Oh! And guess what! It's not nearly as much romance as usual! For the longest time I've been dying to write something lovely and wonderful and less-romance-y. And now I shall do it! I think. Eh-hmm. Anyway! It's yugioh, of course, and what little romance there is, is naturally, Seto/Anzu. I can't resist; I really can't! But anyway. This has everything! I mean serious plot here, not just... erm, nothing. Not just getting the two together! Oh no, this has a villain and a mysterious island and duels (well... that's debateable) and mad-crazy awesomeness! It shall be good! What happens? Well, freaky-dude sends fake invitations to a duel-tournament to Yugi and Seto. Yugi doesn't want to go, because after the whole Egypt thing he feels like, eh... half a duelist. (Because he is. Yuk yuk yuk.) But ol' grandad and Jounouchi and Honda and Anzu talk him into it, hoping that the thrill of the duel will shock some life back into the fella. (No... He wasn't in love with ol' puzzle-boy, but... eh, he MISSES him. Understand? Good.) But anyway! When they all arrive, no body else is there at the duel dome thingy. Seto's getting really pissy and putting them all in a bad mood. Then EVIL-MAN (I haven't named him yet...) appears and is all like "HU-HAH!" and he acts really weird. Seto makes him mad and he decides to, as most villains do, kidnap the girl: Anzu. Then he rushes off with a swish of his cape. Heh heh heh. (He has a cape...) Jounouchi blames Seto for Anzu's little disappearing act, and they get into this huge verbal fight.A very harried Yugi tells them to just shut up so theycan all go and find Anzu. They'relooking all through the dome place, but to no avail. Then EVIL-MAN shows up again, informs them that there's a bomb in the building, they can find him at his secret island/castle place, and he's taken the liberty of liberating Anzu's soul... and putting it into a card. (Which is why Seto decides to help them. He remembers when that happened to Mokuba.)
Right! Well, that's all for now. And it's alot. And the above is like two-three chapters max. I like this idea, so it'll prolly be up pretty soon. OOH! I'm all excited now. Hopefully I do a good job on this.
