Lucy had spent a long time planning the wedding - the first time round she'd had very little dealings in her own wedding, the affairs had been taken care of by other people. This time Lucy was adament she would have everything her own way, that it would be her day rather than something just for the press and the politicians.
She'd invited her work colleagues and the handful of friends they had, including their marriage councellor of course, and the ceremony was being held in a small but beautiful church. The weather outside was pleasant and everything seemed like it might actually go well.
Lucy could only hope that her husband could control himself for this one day, that they could celebrate like any normal couple.
As she changed into her wedding dress, helped by her Maid of Honour, Alicia, she couldn't stop herself from peeking occassionallyout of the hotel window to see if a little blue police box had appeared.
