Serendipity was created by God at the same time as Azrael. However, she fought in the War for the Throne and Azrael did not, which resulted in Azrael being sent down to Hell with the demons. Serendipity's job is to inspire entertainment and is responsible for nineteen of the twenty top-grossing films of all time. Once in a while she'll inspire a song or book. A few years ago, she decided that she was tired of doing all the work and getting none of the credit for her ideas and decided to quit being a muse and write for herself, but a case of writer's block left her unable to write, so she turned to stripping, as dancing was something creative that she could claim as her own. She helped stop the end of the world and went back to her old job.
She hangs out in the Nexus sometimes and out of curiosity, she asked an aspect of God to make her temporarily human. She still has her powers of inspiration but has been trying to have fun with being a human while it lasts.
