Anti-Lana Recs
At some point in the distant future, I plan to explore my negative reactions towards Lana Lang by re-writing her. But sometimes I just need to know that I'm not crazy and that she is given a free pass for being constantly selfish and manipulative on the show.

Author's Summary: Nell gives Lana the party she wanted for her sixteenth birthday. She gets a visitor.
Why you should read it: Lana complains a lot about Nell, but all she ever does is try to be the best guardian she can be. This fic highlights how little credit she gets for taking care of that little brat.
Conversations with Honest People by tobiwolf13
Rating: None given, I'd say PG
Author's Summary: Clark asks Lana just where she got her divorce settlement and then he comes to his senses.
Why you should read it: Honestly, the fact that this exchange doesn't take place in canon is unbelievable.

Author's Summary: future!unhappy!Clana. I think this basically encapsulates why I just don't care for the pairing and the way she behaves.
Why you should read it: Lana, whist being a little sympathetic due to her circumstances, still disgustingly pulling the strings of those around her.
