streaming
I got my haircut this week. Drove to Portland on Thursday for my appointment with a salon called Vanity Junkie. I bought a Groupon that they offered and cashed it in finally. (Only had a few days left on it.)
They did a great job. My stylist, Maria, was fun. She colored my hair and did a great 'sharp angled bob'. I think next time, I would like the angle even more dramatic than it is now, but regardless, it turned out well.
My hair is kind of a purply-red with darker purple-brown-mahogany on the under layer.
What's weird is it kind of looks like a hairstyle that my mom had when she first had me. :) I just have a little more flair going on.
Let's see.. the blog is going great. I'm finally figuring out Twitter and using it a lot more. I can't vouch that it's driving traffic in droves, but I think it's going to play a key part in helping the blog increase more traffic.
The blog is growing in traffic though. I know that back in mid-summer, the stats were showing an average of 150 page views. (I know that's not human visitors.) Now, the average is closer to 300.
Recently, I've been exploring different ways to get the blog more dynamic and interesting. It would be nice to add some content that will give people something to think about and talk about. Sometimes I like too much harmony. *L*
The days here in Trout Lake feel like hibernation. The winter weather is definitely keeping us indoors more and Chris and I are both in a weird sleep cycle. Up til 2-3am and sleeping til 1pm usually. I don't know why it comes so naturally to me.
I should be drawing a lot more than I am. Hoping to make that connection soon within myself. :)
