So yeha, first of all-

yeeeah! Professional Griefers!

I think it's wicked. And doesn't Gerard look cute when he pulls of his sunglasses? I was so hoping he would!

So, you know I am doing peritoneal dialysis, meaning I put water into my belly through a surgically implanted tube four times a day. Last friday I had my regzlar checkups and then I got a call on monday and the nurse told me I can switch to only doing it three times a day!
I am incredibly happy. I wasn't expecting that anymore. To be honest, I was always hoping for it, but the doctors kept telling me it was silly to maintain any hopes.

Why's that so great? Because it means my kidneys are still working to some degree. So my body seems to do some repairing work in there. And now I am kind of hoping my body will keep doing that. My fathers read up a lot on my health issues and said there are quite a lot of cases where peoples kidneys have started working again after up to two years, with the recovery being slow but steady. I'm keeping my fingers crosses and keep hoping, because as I know from experience, a positive attitude is the most healing thing in the world. It really is. I keep telling people I wouldn't have gone through all this so well if I had stopped laughing at any point.
But even if I don't experience a full recovery, this is great news. Only having to dialyse three times a day gives me a lot more freedom, meaning I can leave the house without taking all that equip with me for a long time! Before I had to dialyse every four hours, maximum 5 to 6 hours. But now I'm pretty much free as I can do it in the morning, then mid-day and then before I go to bed.

Soon application time for apprenticeships for next year is starting and I am planning to try and get one for next year. I dropped out of university last year because I realized it's just not for me. So now I want to look for apprenticeships. I'm going to apply at bookstores (luckily I live in a densely populated area and there are a lot), but also a drugstore chain I like and to try something different too, I am looking at jobs in social working. One of my friends is a social care worker for disabled people, doing activities with them and all that and she keeps telling me to look into that. I am not sure if working with disabled people is exactly what I want, but I am checking out what kind of apprenticeships one can do in that field in general.
I mean, really I just want to open a cupcake shop with my best friend, but well. :D
