http://zara72a.diaryland.com/Not sure if I mentioned but Joe got his car back. yay Takes a little bit off of me but more importantly, a LOAD off of him.
Had a really nice chat with Moosaka last night and she gave us 2 homemade brownies she made for church. There was a knock at the door about 9:15pm and it was 3 young girls, probably about 18/19 years old and one was here to look at the upstairs apartment for her and her boyfriend. So they were waiting on Moosaka to come and show them the apt.
They LOVED my babies but one was kind of scared of cats and small dogs (b/c I told them Moosaka has a dog).
Well, I called Moosaka to let her know that they were here and before I got to tell her anything she had already hung up. I knew she wouldn't rent to these people. Why? Because they're black.
When Tomasina saw them he didn't say a word and you could just tell that it was like, "crap, I wasted a trip over here for this?"
VERY unfortunate but at least the girl has a home not too far from here and appearently, I'm taking applications now. And that's fine with me.
I told Moosaka about the backyard and she said that was fine and just held me and she cried too. She honestly, as much as she bugs me, is such a wonderful lady.
I cried again yesterday evening. I sat at the kitchen table Grandma and Ralphie gave us (the one that was in their kitchen b/c Dad and Cathy gave them the long one that used to be theirs anyway since they're remodeling the hooose -which I guess is gorgeous) and just bawled.
Joe won't talk about it and he has firmly asked ME not to talk about it. He says he's had enough death in his life and that's true. But he won't talk about any of it.
It's hard b/c he's the only one that loved him as much as I do so he's the only one that can understand.
Anyway... not going to talk about it.
Finally got the vaccuum cleaned and found the source of the problem. So it's fixed and works wonderfully. Now that the floor is at it's cleanest, "someone" thought it would be appropriate to crap in the middle of the kitchen floor instead of the brand new fresh litter box. Those kids...
Joe's up! yay!!!!!!!
