TW S3: "Day One" Episode Review

1) Wasn’t there a Season 1 episode with the same name?

2) Aargh! I missed the whole flashback at the beginning. Despite all the insane promos, I completely forgot we were on BBC1 now.

*g* It was fun. I'm with you (not a big surprise there) on a lot of the Jack-Ianto stuff. It bothered me that Ianto said it was only Jack to his sister because in some ways, I think it cheapens who they are. On the other hand, what bothered me most about the relationship, are we a couple thing, was that it seemed to dominate who Ianto is and I don't want that to be his sole legacy in this series. I thought that finding out about his sister and who she is explained a lot about who Ianto is and why he didn't go to her for support after CW. I totally agree with you on Gwen. I didn't really mind her too much this time. on the other hand, I really, really want Ianto to act more like he's been with TW for a few years. sort of like he was in meat.

Psst... could you put this behind a cut? It's kinda long and takes up a lot of space.
