(no subject)
Okay so I'm updating from work, not my new apartment. Gotta get the cable company to come out and hook up the needed equipment. I'm loving the new apartment though. My room is so cozy and homey. I got a little computer desk last weekend, and Austin and I put it together a few days ago while drinkin some cold beers. The next day I bought one of those mushroom chairs so I have some kind of seating in my room besides the bed. Today my stepdad came up and brought me a computer chair and end table from home. I really love the apartment, and my roommate, and our kitty-cat Winston. Last night we went shopping and we'll probably go back next week. I couldn't really do any major spending yesterday because I get paid today...which means I was broke yesterday. But Monday I'll go back. There's this really cool hippy-like store there that rocks! They have a buncha jewelry and paper lanterns that I want. I'm going home tonight. Tomorrow is my mom's birthday and we're driving her to the airport because she's going to Florida for the week. Tonight I'm going out with Christy and her friend Walter. We're gonna hit some back roads and drink some cold beers. Wes called the other night when Austin and I were assembling the desk. He's coming to visit next week!!! Yay!!! Richie called yesterday. He's gotta work all weekend so I dunno if I'll see him this weekend or not. Kinda need to talk to him though. There's things that need to be said face-to-face and sober, if I have the guts to do it. All for now, before the automations dept bumps me out of the lj website.
