Part of story.
As Alex sat on her bed and began to cry she thought about how stupid of her to be blinded by love. She knew that she was going to get hurt like she always did but he seemed so perfect for her. Why did Ben have a suden change of mind? Everything was fine yesterday and today it was all wrong. She grabed her journal off the table and began to flip through it looking for an empty page. She came across and entry from a while back and read it.
January 6th,
Today was awsome! The guy I have had a crush on forever talked to me and asked me on a date! I thought he liked my friend but I guess I was wrong. He is so funny and nice. the whole time he was flirting with me! I can't wait for tomorrow. I hope he calls.
She began to cry even more. She wanted so bad to take her frustration out on something but didn't know how. She always tryed to keep things to herself. Ben would always see right through her phoney face. She could never hide anything from him. There was always something about him that she loved, she could just never figurer it out. Maybe it was everything that she loved. But now she was so confused that she didn't know what to do. Nothing ever seemed right. She continued to read about dates and first kisses untill she cryed herself to sleep. She was awaken buy her cell phone. When she looked at it she saw that it was Ben. She didn't know whether to answer it or not. The phone stoped ringing. Then he called back. Alex figured that if he was going to call her again that he must have really wanted to talk to her. When she answered he said that he was sorry for the way he acted today. He said he was having a bad day. She told him that there was no reason to treat her the way that he did, but she still forgave him. They talked for the next hour and then both went to bed.
