Hypothesis Incorrect Chapter 28

Happy four years of Hypothesis, everyone. As today is 4 years since I uploaded chapter one, I thought I'd get myself motivated and finally finish chapter 28...it took me 5 months!

There is a 'Who's Who' for gen 3 about 4 posts back on my LJ, I know there's a lot of them and I miscalculated the amount myself and had to reupload the chapter! But just for reference, this is how they're related:
