2012 Simming To Do List
A bit late, but I've been away for New Year, and this is a big simming year for me now that my RL has structure and routine, so I need to do this list, if only for my own reference.
1. Finish Hypothesis, or at least get Gen 3 to college.
Yes, this is the year I plan to finish my OWBC. I'm not planning to pass the 4th anniversary with a challenge I thought would take me a year. :) But I might end up passing that 4 year mark anyway with the slow speed I play sims through uni. We'll see. This is more of a lofty goal than a must do.
2. Decide and plan the simming project for after Hypothesis.
I don't plan to or want to leave the community. I love writing, the sims, and you guys. So I want to do something else with my game after I finish Hypothesis. Something more story based and less cutesy. So we'll see where that goes.
3. Upload Hypothesis sims, i.e. get SimPE working!
This has been on my mental To Do List for about a year and a half, so I thought if I wrote it down I might be more likely to do it. You never know. :)
4. Do everything possible with sims2.
I've still never had a hybrid monster in the sims, or got a garden club well, or watched a vampire 'fly here', or tried out half of the aspirations perks, or myriad things like that. I want to really get to know everything in my game this year, and find out all the fun things it can do.
5. Clean out the game and sort the last unknown files of CC.
If I don't want it and don't need it, it goes. And all those exchange files need sorting, moving, categorising, or re-downloading from someone who has given the file a sensible name. And for the future I should probably finally get around to getting Clean Installer on this laptop.... :)
6. And a 'nice' and 'easy' target for me to reach early on in the year (I hope), get all of gen 3 born and aged to child so I can do a 'Who's Who of Generation 3' post on LJ.

7. Learn to use poseboxes and get used to properly staging stuff. For after the OWBC rules are lifted, of course. :)
*edit again* Forgot another one, this now makes it my lucky number 8 :)
8. Finish and publish the WYDC. I'm at baby V, so I should realistically finish it this year.
