Onboard the Carnival Fantasy
So I'm on the Adults Only Serenity deck. It's really windy (in fact, there's a wind advisory). Since the ship's still in port, I can post from my phone without superfluous charges. I plan on writing a few times a day and then I'll post them when I get back.
We checked out of the hotel around 10:30 and were on board at the Lido deck by noon. Not bad.
I was so nervous I threw up this morning. I don't do we'll with boats. Or bridges over water. The I 10 bridge over the Mississippi River was torture. So far, I'm okay, although the ship doesn't actually start moving until 4.
We can get into the cabins around 1:30, then finally unpack!
