Vindication of the Rights of Women
Something I posted on a message board:
"But, I always tend to think that as society gets progressively more feminist, the definition of 'feminism' in the cultural unconsciousness gets pushed farther to the left to accomodate -- because nobody wants to actually say out loud, 'I am a feminist.'"
Because of course feminists are radical extremists. It is easier to accept their stance and continue saying that they are radical extremists than admitting that we are feminists now, and that the radical extremists are something different entirely.
