I'm sad. D= I think my hopes for it was wayyyy too high.

I love the song but how the whole thing carried out wasn't what I wanted it to. It was a love triangle but I don't think... it was seen so clearly in the MV if you didn't know that. I was actually hoping for a story line? If they did a whole story thing... I think I would be fine that my two fav guys got less screen time. I really would've been. But no, no story line and I don't even know if one would understand if they weren't aware of who was in the love triangle. D= I'm kind of disappointed.
The setting was REALLY nice though. It was white and simplisitic, which I really love. <3 The swing was a really nice touch too. But oh my lord, the composition. X_X Either it was horrible or they thought it would be COOL to shoot each person individually and just paste them together. It looked like that for all the close up S.H.E. group shots and the FRH group shots at the end. X_X My gosh.. it looked horrible. If it wasn't extract and paste, they should've changed the background or placement or something. It made it look really awkward. FRH's voices were awkward enough and hard to get use to. They could've done better at the chorus too with FRH set up... the contrast was too large between foreground and background.
The costumes... whatever FRH is wearing is fine... except Calvin. WHY would anyone put such a hideous outfit on him. X_X It's just a weird outfit overall.. and I really don't like it. And gosh, the S.H.E outfits?! I thought they wouldn't use it but they did. D= At least Hebe stayed in the outfit with her character most of the time throughout. Selina's dress was pretty and fine but gosh, Ella's? It was the worst one out of the group shot they had before and they decided to keep it on her. -____- WHY... just WHY! But I have to admit, when they did the close up shot (shoulder up) of her leaning her head on the flower, it was really really pretty. Props for the composition there. =D Wu Chun looked smexy in his outfit. <3
And I'm mad... WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ARRON CAMEOS?! I mean... really, I understand why Jiro and Calvin got most of the shots since they are the main character of the story but if you're going to do consectative close up expression shots... DON'T EXCLUDE ONE OUT! X_X He was so left out. Then again, I know they shot this recently so I have no idea if it's because he couldn't be there since he's going through so much. But gosh... I.... really think he lost his charisma... or is that just me? He looked so dead... and lifeless in the video and it made me sad. D= It really did. Or maybe I'm just being paranoid and my mind is so convinced that he's traumatized that I'm applying things that don't exist.
Except when he did the high note thing at the end, it was very cute and Arron-like. =D <3333
(I think he looks hot in the outfit too... but it's hard to call someone hot when they look so lifeless D=)
Acting wise, Wu Chun and Calvin owned. They actually looked hurt... but Wu Chun could always do a hurt face. Jiro can act too... but sometimes his actions really are too dynamic and big... and he needs to find the "pretty but hurt" face? xD In the beginning, yeah he looked hurt but it wasn't appealing with his face all scrunched up. >.<
Still, it was a nice MV. These are just my nickpicks about it and really, I think it's a good MV. =) I guess I just hoped for more... and I'm a more of a practical, representation person. xD
Now... I wonder how many read that rant... xP And for those that did... if you even understood. xD;;

I forgot to mention how much I love the Wu Chun x Ella cameos. xD It was SO implied. xPPPPP Silly producers and managers claiming there's nothing between them but gives you ChunxElla fanservice. *shakes head*
