Got to pay your dues, if you wanna sing the blues
Well the Chili Peppers concert was postponed. :( In the back of my mind, I was sure it would be, but all day long they kept saying on the radio that the show was still on, so it started making me think twice. Up until around 3:30, when they finally said otherwise. My dad called it too, and he kept insisting they would. He even said something to the effect of, "If all four Beatles were alive and playing at the Cox Convention Center tonight, they would cancel." It's funny, he has a tendency of explaining things that are of dyer importance to me, by using The Beatles in that way. I was somewhat relieved though, things were looking pretty dismal. I just hope the Peppers can find it in their hearts to circle back to Oklahoma and play, instead of giving us a refund.
