I tripped out of my closet and fell flat on my face. My knee broke my fall first though which caused my left knee cap to twist completely towards the outside of my knee. Agony. Sheer agony. It went back into place on it's own. Amazingly there's no bruising, but there is definitely pain and swelling. I left work early because it hurt like crazy and talking to the whinos wasn't helping matters.
Ever had something hurt so bad you can only laugh hysterically? You never realize how much you use your knees until you're getting up off the pot.
