Just heard from Ct. Jury still out. Haven’t even asked for a break. I have no idea what that means, but I hope it means they’ve rejected not guilty and are struggling with the kidnapping charge (or maybe sexual assault since it’s not clear which bad guy did that one). Could mean they are hung. Ugh. I am so preoccupied.
Listened to the closings yesterday. Hard not to just yell at the PD, but he too has a job to do. Though he said some things that were, untrue and very offensive. My Sister was a defense attorney for 10 years and found the behavior border-line unethical. But what can you do?
Meanwhile, I’m actually thinking about Leaky. Who’s going?
