I hurt my lower back somehow. I am wearing one of those thermacare things. They work pretty well if you ever need to use one. I feel like I am 100 years old. It hurts so much to bend or twist. Thank goodness I don't have to work the 2nd job tonight. I might just die.

We put out Christmas tree up on Friday evening. That is the earliest it has ever been done. Maybe there is something to that FlyLady business after all.
