"So Close, having so much to say"*
SO I was looking at my recent posts, and realized that most of the are about the books I've recently read, or fanfiction I updated.... more of the former than the latter. Umm not much to say.. My mom is having some work issues, but I really can't say more than that on here. My sister and I have been having some issues at work too. I think my dad is feeling the boredom of retirement. I told him to get a hobby. lol. Oooh... my 35 year old brother got his 18 year old girlfriend pregnant- then got himself sent back to jail for breaking his parole.. idiot. So I'm gonna be an auntie... but the problem is Lexy and my brother live in Montana, whereas the rest of us are in CA.
not sure what else to say. I've been feeling restless... might be spring fever, might be wanderlust, might be the need to get out of the nest. I wish I knew. I really want to travel but can't afford it. Good news is I have been working on my novel, a little bit, and I have been getting ideas for other ones. *sigh* I really want to teach, but I am not sure if I want to teach in CA anymore. I love Woodland, but I guess I am just getting tired of seeing the same faces consantly.
There is so much I want to do, I feel like I am letting my dreams sit deferred. it just that for so long I had writer's block, then I had problems with the disk where I originally saved my work. I finally found a copy I saved online as a file, and I'm looking at it, and I just want to trash it. Not gonna though.... going to heavily edit it though. Trying to work on other works in the meantime, yes, including my fanfiction. Currently have 10 fanfics being worked on.
Space bar on my laptop is not working very well.... I pulled it off and couldn't reattach it so I taped it in place. I have to press hard on it for it to work.
recently been watching One Tree Hill, Smallville, Full House, and Alex Mack. lol Full House is such a nostalgic pleasure for me. I love it when I was little... it was my Friday Night (You know, TGIF) thing. Smallville, I'm getting caught up on.... am caught up, and awaiting for the next episode. Alex Mack is a rewatch.... I have them on DVD and I have been just watching them every year. One Tree Hill.... well I watched the first season in senior year of High school, and then I watched the first few episodes of second, but missed a few episodes, because that was when Veronica Mars started.... anyway I rewatched first season, and just continued it... now at the beginning of fifth season. It's great. Jamie Scott is so adorable. I liked characters from beginning and am enjoying them- wonder what happened to Deb though... probably will find out. I like that Haley is a teacher.... since that's what I want to be. I am extremely angry with Nathan though. Wondering if we will see Lucas' little sister though. and Karen again. I like his new girlfriend, but I like Peyton better. Dislike Quentin a lot.... hate his attitude. oh well. umm... that's all. going to sleep now.
