So, I see that now too, so I'm going to award this as the answer. I'm not really sure how they assign them. It's not popularity, box office, awards, or any such measure that I can determine. It might have something to do with searching and click-throughs on IMDb from the users. That would account for it changing.

Anyway, the original answer I was going for on Julia Roberts was Notting Hill.
