such a wonderful change of pace
when i am home, i'm online probably about 40% of my time. since i've been on vacation i've probably been online for a totaly of about an hour and a half.
it is sooooo nice being with family again! i missed them lots!

this coffee is gross. i'm tired and walked for like 4 hours this morning with my parents. it was really crazy. then we ate at denny's. pancakes REALLY hit the spot. oh man. my mom is going to give me her camera. i think i made too big of deal about the other camera that they gave me as a hand-me-down. i feel kinda bad but i am excited because that other one doesn't have a lens cap and the lens is pretty scratched up. i will miss it, i gotta say... it will be nice to have a newer one, though. 10 megapixels. the old one was i think 5.
it is super incredibly beautiful out here in redding, ca. you'll see soon enough. emily does not like nawa very much. she wants to actually be using her backpacking/camping equipment!! i don't blame her! so we're trying to find her a different outdoor boarding school. if you have any suggestions PLEASE let me know!!!
